This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant in CMSA No.17 of 2011.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 04.03.2022, it has been wrongly mentioned as 'the sole appellant died' instead of 'sole respondent died'.

3. In view of the above submission, paragraph no.1 of the order dated 04.03.2022 in CMSA No.17 of 2011 shall be read as follows:

" When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that the sole respondent died."

4. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
