This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title by deleting the name of hereditary trustee of the petitioner R.Valliamal and substitute the names as R.Radhakrishnan and R.Kalyanaragavan in the above S.A.No. 687 of 1997.

Considering the averments made in the affidvit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
