O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property comprised in Old Town Survey No.462, New Town Survey No.75 in Ward No.A, Block No.13 situate at Hosur Town and Taluk, Krishnagiri District measuring to an extent of 1200 sq.ft. of land, owned by the petitioner absolutely, under registered partition deed dated 03.09.2007 vide Document No.127 of 2007 on the file of SRO, Hosur on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.12.2020 in CSR No.126 of 2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.126 of 2020 dated 07.12.2020. During the enquiry, it came to light that litigations are pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 and that the first appeal also pending before this Court. After enquiry, the petitioner was advised to approach the concerned Civil Court for further orders. He would further submit that if there is any breach of peace, the second respondent will take appropriate action.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
