ORDER

This matter came up for consideration before this Court on 18.07.2025, however, the same was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same was directed to be listed on 21.07.2025 finally. On 21.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and the same was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today inspite of the matter is being listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner.
