Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the record in respect of the impugned order F.07/KVP/2015-16 dated 31.07.2015 issued by the 1st respondent, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to admit the petitioner ward Namely Tharun in 2016-2017 academic in 2nd standard.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 31.07.2015 passed by the 1st respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to admit the petitioner's son Tharun in 2nd standard in the academic year 2016-2017.

2.This Court is of the opinion that since the relief sought for herein is to seek an admission for the 2nd standard and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

admittedly, the petitioner's son is presently studying in 4th standard, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
