I.Viswanathan v. Maniyarar @ Muthu Gounder

CMP.No.3382 of 2019 in SA.No.2173 of 2002 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record of the legal heir of the deceased first respondent/Maniyarar @ Muthu Gounder in the place the fifth respondent/ Malliga in the appeal.

2.The first respondent died on 20.06.2016, the factum of the death of the first respondent/Maniyarar @ Muthu Gounder in S.A.No.2173 of 2002 as their legal representative is not in dispute.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
