This petition has been filed to amend the offence Sections in the above bail application as Sections 364, 365 & 302 of IPC instead of Sections 120B, 201, 302 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.1154 of 2024.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the petition.
