Today, the matter has been listed "For Being Mentioned", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this relaxation petition has been allowed by this Court, vide order dated 05.02.2025 to the extent that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, however in the cause title of the said order dated 05.02.2025, the name of the second petitioner/ Palani has not been recorded, hence sought for inclusion of the name of the second petitioner herein in the cause title of the order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1610 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32071 of 2024.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made and on perusal of the order and the relaxation petition, this Court directs the Registry to incorporate the name of the second petitioner/ Palani in the cause title of the order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1610 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32071 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy.
