This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the M.C.21 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram to be tried jointly along with the H.M.O.P. No.4052 of 2013, on the file of the learned First Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram to dispose of MC.No.21 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed.
