This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title with respect to the nomenclature of the 1st respondent alone.

2.In the writ petition, the 1st respondent had been described as "the Additional Chief Manager/HR/NSU, Office of the Chief General Manager / NSU, Neyveli - 607 807".

3.It is contended that this should be amended as "NLC India Limited, Represented by the Additional Chief Manager/HR /NSU, Office of the Chief General Manager / NSU, Neyveli - 607 807". Since effectively it is the same individual who represents the respondents, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petition so far as the 1st respondent is concerned.
