The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the Impugned Tender Notification issued by the 2nd respondent bearing RC.No.7860/SI-2/2019 dated 10.01.2020, quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to publish fresh tender in accordance with Labour Acts and Rules.

2. Though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition challenging the Impugned Tender Notification dated 10.01.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent, however, as the tender is of the year 2020 and no interim order has been granted with regard to the tender, after a lapse of 3 years, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. 30.03.2023 skt Speaking Order : Yes/ No 2/5
