CR NO.9/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court vide order dated 17.12.2021 made in Crl.OP.NO. 24732 of 2021 and pass such other suitable orders.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K. SASINDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (PUDUCHERRY) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24732 of 2021 on 17.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
