ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the first respondent has passed an order. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the said order.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the first respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
