Petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide domestic electricity connection to the petitioner's premises situated in S.No.3/8, Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, based on the deposit amount and other necessary charges paid by the petitioner, vide the receipt in CHS 3131A1S507 dated 20.01.2011 issued by the office of the 2nd respondent, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
