Mr. M.C.Swamy,
ORDER
This Court passed an order directing the Thiruvallur University to verify the course undergone by the petitioner and to issue an appropriate certificate to
the petitioner with regard to the specialization that was undergone by the petitioner, at the time of doing his M.B.A. Degree. This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the orders passed by this Court was not complied with by the respondents.

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.01.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/university submitted that appropriate orders will be passed immediately and it will be reported before this Court, in the next date of hearing.
3.
Mr.M.C.Samy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents today placed before this Court the certificate that has been given to the petitioner, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. A cursory glance at the certificate shows that the subjects that have been undergone by the petitioner in the M.B.A. course and the elective and specialization subjects have also been specifically mentioned in the certificate from Sl.No.18 to Sl.No.22. The learned counsel submitted that the subjects of specialization has been clearly mentioned in the certificate, apart from the other subjects that were undergone by the petitioner, while doing the course. The certificate given by the Thiruvallur University spells out the subjects of specialization undergone by the petitioner. This has to be considered by the society and after satisfying themselves, they have to proceed further with the process of selection. 6.
The petitioner is directed to submit the certificate that has been given by the Thiruvallur University to the Erode District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited and the said authority shall take the certificate on file and satisfy themselves on the specialization and proceed further to process the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance
