ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.35 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore.
2.When the matter was taken for hearing on 13.03.2020, 16.03.2020 and 02.03.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners either in person or by their respective counsel. Accordingly, today the case has been listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today also no representation for the petitioners.
3.It is seen that it is a case of Domestic Violence Act which is a benevolent Act brought in for the welfare of the deserving families. During the pendency of the above criminal original petition, the proceedings before the trial Court is stalled.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of lifting down of lock down and commencement of regular Court functioning.
