When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the main writ petition, the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner was completed and final orders were passed by the respondent in his Proceedings in Pa.Mu.A4.1411/2023, dated 05.03.2025. The copy of the order passed by the respondent has been produced before this Court by the learned Government Advocate and the same was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
