ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife and son namely G.Padmapriya, aged about 31 years and minor G.Agil Akash, aged about 5 years and produce them before this Court and to set them at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Padmapriya went missing from 27.12.2019 along with their minor son Agil Akash and that the police have not taken affective steps to secure them.

3.Today, Mr.T.Panneerselvam, Special Sub Inspector of Police, B5 Kichipalayam Police Station, Salem District is present. The detenue - Padmapriya is also present along with the minor child Agil Akash.

4.When enquired by this Court, the detenue stated that she and her minor son are living with her father at Door No.107, Yogi Chetty Street (II), Kugai Post, Salem - 6 (Mobile No.8838121350).

5.Recording the same that she is not in the illegal custody of anyone, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
