Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.G.PERUMAL PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VIJAY ANAND, Advocate for the 1, 3 to 6th Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to grant provisional pension to the Petitioner. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 1, 3 to 6. 3.
When the Petitioner has been imposed with the punishment of withholding of 100% monthly pension and gratuity permanently, the question of grant of provisional pension by way of interim relief does not arise. In case, the Petitioner succeeds in the Writ Petition, he will be entitled to 100% relief or such other relief, depending upon the order that may be passed by this Court. 4.
In view of the same, this Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
