This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply with the order dated 29.08.2017 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.12927 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.251 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had received the copy of the order dated 29.08.2017 passed by the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.12927 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.251 of 2017, belatedly due to amendment of the said order and hence, the petitioner could not be able to comply with the order. He further submitted that the petitioner was not keeping good health, owing to his age and pleaded to extend the time to comply with the said order. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a sympathetic view can be taken on the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is granted two more weeks from today to execute the bonds with two sureties as ordered in Crl.M.P.No.12927 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.251 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Chennai.
