2. There was no representation for the petitioner on

13.07.2020 and 03.09.2020 and hence, in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, to argue the case on merits, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 14.09.2020. When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, even today. This shows that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the case.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to cost.
