In fact, on 22.11.2021, when this Second Appeal was taken up for hearing, this Court directed to issue fresh notice to the respondents 1 to 3 returnable for the hearing today. Now, from the representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant it seems that, so far he has not paid any batta and also he has not taking steps for sending notice privately.
