ORDER

This Court by its earlier order dated 06.12.2019 had recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is dead and a direction was given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the learned counsel for the petitioner that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner before the next hearing date, the writ petition shall stand abated automatically. Till date, steps have not been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time.

2.Since already an order has been passed that if steps are not taken, the writ petition will stand automatically abated, the said order holds good. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
