In my view, no such application is required for the reason that the order dated 22.08.2014 did not stipulate any time, but only required the learned Arbitrator to make the award ''preferably''

within six months.

2.Thus, the learned Arbitrator can conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible without requiring any extension of time by this Court.

3.Application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
