2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents raised objections to allow this petition. He further submitted that it has been wrongly typed as Coimbatore instead of Puducherry.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5.The Registry is directed to correct the name of the Court as Coimbatore instead of Puducherry.
