The Original Application in O.A.NO.2044 of 2004 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to direct the respondents to place the applicant's name in appropriate place based on her Rank Number in the seniority list of the year 2004 of Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher in Ottapidaram Panchayat Union published on 30.01.2004 and direct the respondents to promote the applicant as Elementary School Head Master from the date on which her immediate junior was promoted with consequential benefits has been transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.17771 of 2007. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.12.2020, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner was promoted in the year 2004 itself, therefore nothing survives for further adjudication. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions. Therefore, it was posted on 21.12.2020.

Today i.e. on 21.12.2020, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Government Advocate also produced copy of the proceedings and after promoting, he was transferred to some other unit.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
