ORDER

On perusing a copy of the proposal approved by the respondents dated 12.12.2024, it appears that the parties have negotiated the issue and that they have arrived at settlement.

2.In view of the same, this Court directed the Registry to list WP No.1996 of 2022 alongwith WP.No.1996 of 2022. Thereafter, on 04.06.2025, the petitioner submitted a letter, which is placed on record by the Registry, wherein, the petitioner has requested to withdraw the above said Writ Petitions.

3.Considering the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
