Crl.O.P.No.8454 of 2013 Crl.O.P.No.8454 of 2013 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Court by an order dated 08.01.2020 directed to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam to commit the case immediately to the Designated Court. Further, this Court has directed the Designated Court to try the case in P.R.C.No.5 of 2012 (Crime No.413 of 2010) and the case in counter in Crime No.414 of 2010 simultaneously and to dispose the both the cases on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from 08.01.2020.

2. The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST(PoA) Act, Cuddalore seeks extension of further six months time to dispose the said cases.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
