This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint, dated 27.03.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Learned Government Advocate submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2014, a case has been registered in Cr.No.8 of 2015 on the file of second respondent police and after investigation, charge sheet has also been laid before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
