Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
2. On verification of records it seems, on 07.12.2021, when the matter was came up for hearing, this Court ordered fresh Notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately, returnable by 04.01.2022. In this regard, the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant shows that he has not taken any steps for sending notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately.
2. Hence, in view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
