ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to the organisers to conduct Boys Nadana Natiyam Nigazhchi, the dance and entertainment programme in the festival to be conducted on 16.05.2015 for Sri Murugan Kovil, Tharapuram Taluk, Thirupur District, as permissible under law.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents on instructions, submitted that after conducting cultural programme on 16.05.2015, this writ petition was filed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
