K.SELVAKUMARASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Crl.M.P., has been filed to condone the absence of the petitioner on 2nd January 2020 before the XI Additional Special Sessions Judge for CBI cases as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5232 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.215 of 2018 on 28.03.2018.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the petition for condoning the absence of the petitioner on 2nd January 2020 before the XI Additional Special Sessions Judge for CBI cases. 4.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
