....Respondents in both petitions Common Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the 4th respondent to transfer the investigation of FIR in Crime No.276 of 2013 dated 23.02.2013 (wrongly given 23.02.2012) from the file of the Inspector of Police Arcot Town Police Station, 7th respondent herein to any other Inspector of Police of Competent jurisdiction.

The petitioner had filed the above petition, seeking transfer of investigation of the said case from the 7th respondent to any other Inspector of Police or competent jurisdiction.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that an investigation in this case has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed, which was taken on file as C.C.No.39 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 498A, 294B, 312, 494, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act and the case is pending trial before the Judicial Magistrate, Arcot. In this case, there are totally 12 witnesses, out of which, 7 witnesses have been examined and the next hearing date of the case is fixed on 18.06.2019.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Criminal Original Petitions. Hence, these petitions stand dismissed.
