This Court by its earlier order dated 22.01.2020 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he reports no instructions in this matter and in the same order itself directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on the next hearing date. Accordingly, the matter was listed for hearing on 27.01.2020 and the petitioner's name was printed in the cause list. Even on 27.01.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal", today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner, today. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
