Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 26.11.2002 issued in Ref. No.G.O.(3D) No.236 agriculture (Ve.Nee.5) Department and quash the same in so far as it relate to placing the applicants below the 1993-96 recruits in the seniority list and further direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the Applicants with reference to their date of regularisation in the cadre of Agriculture office and to award the consequential relief.

ORDER
The petitioners have filed this writ petition to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 26.11.2002 issued in Ref. No.G.O.(3D) No.236 agriculture (Ve.Nee.5) Department and quash the same and further direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioners with reference to their date of regularisation in the cadre of Agriculture office and to award the consequential relief.
2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioners.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioners have got promotions and subsequently, they got retirement from their service. As on date, nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
