Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Proc.S.O.No.14 of 1997 dated 16.02.97 and the order of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.B2/20338/97 dated 17.06.97 and the order of the 3rd respondent in Letter No.10111/V.2/2001-14 dated 07.05.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the leave period of the applicant from 06.08.94 to 30.06.95 by treating that period as ''Special Disability Leave'' under Fundamental Rule 83 and grant all consequential monetary benefits including pensionary benefits with interest to the applicant.
