O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P. No.24 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.7 of 2019 pending before the Sub Court, Devakottai filed by the petitioner herein.

2.After some arguments, both the learned counsels have come to a consensus that both the matters can be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

3.With the consent of both parties, the H.M.O.P. No.24 of 2018 filed by the respondent seeking divorce under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 pending before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and the H.M.O.P. No.7 of 2019 filed by the petitioner seeking restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 pending before the Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Devakottai are hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

4.The learned Family Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of both the cases within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Tr. C.M.P. is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.3013 of 2019 is closed.
