When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the instructions of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.72 of 2012 as against the 3rd respondent for declaration and possession of his property and during pendency of the Writ Petition, the suit decreed in his favour, the impugned order passed by the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent became ineffective.

2. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit filed by him in O.S.No.72 of 2012 as against the 3rd respondent has been decreed in his favour. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
