The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition seeking direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to write the VI semester examination April-May 2007 for the Course of III year B.Tech. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed the course in another college namely Rajalakshmi College of Engineering, Thandalam, Chennai- 602105 and got the certificate on 2009 from the university. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition, Writ Petition is closed as agreed to both by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
