R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for 1st Respondent and of MR. AVINASH WADWANI, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

In this miscellaneous petition, on 12.08.2016, this Court passed the following order :- "Interim stay. Notice.

Private notice is also permitted.

However, it is made clear that the petitioner/appellant shall not alienate the property until further orders of this Court." Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
