O R D E R

Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.8127 of 2014 dated 23.12.2014.

2. The learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, while granting bail to this petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs each in CCD account. Now this this petition has been filed to modify the said condition alone.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are working on daily wage basis and and it is difficult for them to mobilize funds and deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs in CCD account.

4. Considering the above submissions, the order of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crl.M.P.No.8127 of 2014 dated 23.12.2014 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rupees one lakh each in CCD account. Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
