2. It is seen from records that there is already a final decree passed in partition suit and now the case is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).27074/2009.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to immediately call the parties for an enquiry and instruct the parties to maintain status-quo till the completion of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
