ORDER
(made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.) The petitioner complains about the alleged encroachment of property belonging to the Arulmighu Sri Angalamman Temple at Vettavalam, Kelpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District by respondents 6 to 9 herein.
2. The writ petitioner asserts that the temple is under the control of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department. Respondents 6 to 9, who reside adjacent to the temple, have erected constructions on the temple land. In spite of issuing a representation on 14.12.2020 to the respondents 1 to 5, no action has been taken thereon.
3. Without going into the merits of the representation dated 14.12.2020, respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order after putting all affected parties on reasonable notice, including respondents 6 to 9 herein. Such speaking order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. W.P.No.4862 of 2021 is disposed of on the above terms. There will be no order as to costs.
