Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2015 and instruct the 5th respondent to furnish the details of the re-tender-cum-re-auction vide notification in Ve.Aa.No.55/Che.Ma.Tho.A/2015 dated 29.04.2015 issued by the 5th respondent, which is published in newspaper namely "Daily

Thanthi" and conduct the tender-cum-auction in transparent manner by adhere the norms of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act 1998.

ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2015 and instruct the 5th respondent to furnish the details of the re-tender cum reauction vide notification, dated 29.04.2015 issued by the 5th respondent, which is published in newspaper namely "Daily Thanthi" and conduct the tender-cum-auction in transparent manner by adhering the norms of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act 1998.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
