The above Civil Revision Petition is filed invoking the Jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition is to expeditiously dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.623 of 2019 in O.S.No.39 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Avinashi. Taking into account the limited prayer, without ordering notice, the following order is passed.

The learned Subordinate Judge, Avinashi is directed to dispose of I.A.No.623 of 2019 on or before 31.03.2022, since the said Interlocutory Application has been pending for enquiry since 29.09.2021. 3.The Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
