The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the proceedings dated 27.02.2017 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the proceedings dated 27.02.2017 so far, which is causing hardship to the petitioner. 3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 2 & 3. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider and pass orders in the proceedings dated 27.02.2017, after giving notice to the respondents 2 & 3, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
