ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take up appropriate proceedings as against the fourth respondent, in discharge of duties, as the Executive Officer of the petitioner temple, under Section 2/5
45[4] of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, by passing appropriate Orders on the grievance petition dated 14.03.2016 filed by the petitioner within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016 to take action against the fourth respondent. After filing of this Writ Petition, due to passage of time much water have flown and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 20.01.2023 Index:Yes/No vrc 3/5
