This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12502 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10935 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
