Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that challenging the recovery order issued by the first respondent, the petitioner approached this Court by way of present writ petition and subsequently, the recovery order was withdrawn by the respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the proceedings Letter No.Accts/ DG/121/2020 dated 07.12.2020 to that effect.

2. In the light of the above change of circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
