The petitioner filed this Writ Petition praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 06.10.2010 passed by 5th respondent in Ka.No. U.Po/EP/ E.K. Valasu/Ka. General / No. 226/10 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents herein to take appropriate steps to properly lay the electric lines as per the guidelines prescribed in the Power Engineer's Manual and give electricity connection to the petitioner's property situated at New Door No. 2 / Old Door No. 231/18 in Appan Nagar, Municipal Colony, Veerappan Chatram, Erode on the basis of the application dated 09.09.2010.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition is filed for effecting service connection to the petitioner property. He submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the Service Connection was effected and hence nothing survives in the present writ petition. Therefore, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
